Canceling an Order
Changed your mind right after checkout? Reach out to us at info@loamkilnLLC.com within 24 hours of placing your order, and be sure to include your order number. Once that 24-hour window passes, we typically can't guarantee a cancellation, since your order may already be moving through processing. Orders that have already shipped can't be canceled — but you're welcome to return the item once it arrives, following the steps below.
Returns Made Simple: 30 Days
From the day your order arrives, you have a full 30 days to send it back. To qualify, your item needs to be:

Packed with its original packaging, tags, and any included accessories

Who Covers Return Shipping
Our mistake, no cost to you:
If we sent the wrong item, it arrived damaged from the carrier, or it's defective, you won't pay a thing to return it.
Change of mind:
If you ordered the wrong size, decided against the item, or it simply isn't what you expected, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Note that original shipping charges aren't refundable in these cases.
Returning an Item, Step by Step

Reach out — Email info@loamkilnLLC.com with your order number and why you're returning it.

Repack it — Put the item back in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

Ship it back — Use the carrier and method noted in the return authorization email we send you.
Getting Your Refund
Once your return arrives, we'll check it against our return criteria. After it's approved, we'll begin processing your refund — expect up to 7 business days for it to post back to your original payment method (exact timing can depend on your bank).

Need a different size, color, or product? Email info@loamkilnLLC.com and we'll get an exchange moving for you quickly.
Package Never Arrived?
If your delivery window has passed and nothing's shown up, contact us at info@loamkilnLLC.com with your order number. We'll look into it with the carrier — if it's confirmed lost, you'll receive either a full refund or a free replacement, whichever you prefer.
Items We Can't Accept Back
Certain products can't be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Any item like this will be clearly labeled as non-returnable on its product page.

We may revise this policy from time to time. Any updates will appear here with a new "Last Updated" date. Continuing to use our site after changes go live means you accept the revised terms.
